Swansea University is committed to the development of our research talent. We offer a range of career development opportunities, and encourage you to explore our training services and resources to help you make the most of your time at Swansea.

We fully commit to the 研究er 发展 协定, which outlines the responsibilities of our institution, 资助机构, research leaders and researchers. It includes reference to researchers having opportunities, structured support, encouragement and time to engage in a minimum of 10 days professional development pro rata per year.

Our research career development services are coordinated by a dedicated member of the 发展 and 培训 Service with additional specialist training provided by other teams across the University.
